Cancellation Policy
We charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
Being 10 minutes late for haircuts or 15 minutes or later for color services is considered a no call no show and will be rescheduled you will need to pay the cancellation fee in order to be rebooked.
